I lost two baby teeth last Friday. One during recess, and one at bedtime.
After I got back home from school, I showed my mom the lost tooth
in my pocket, and mom was very impressed and said “good job” (for staying calm
and going to the nurse).
I made a deal with the tooth fairy and got $25 bucks for
all my baby teeth that fell off—five total.
The tooth fairy recycled, reused, and polished my worn out baby teeth,
and now Summer, the baby girl I know (mom’s God daughter) finally has her two
top front teeth.
I will donate $5 (out of the $25) to Operation Smile because
my mom showed me pictures of kids with clefts and they have hard time in school
by covering their mouths. It is a good
thing to help them out.

ReplyDeleteWilliam, do you know two teeth that fall off from your mouth, is secretly slowly growing in Summer's mouth? Summer Mama and Summer PaPa went to dentist office yesterday. Summer Mama wasn't do a good job make teeth healthy as it should be. She took lots of time to take care little Summer. But she learnt the lesson that she shouldn't be lazy and make excuses either. It is because pain is not a good feeling and there are too many delicious food waiting for us to enjoy the rest of our life. Let's watch out and keep our teeth strong and continue pass the sun shine smile!
ReplyDeleteOkay I will do as you say. Thanks for the advice. Has Summer grown new teeth recently?
